St James’ Church, New Brighton
St James is a Grade II listed building (Listed 1986) which is a Gothic Revival church of 1854 by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, with elaborately painted canted chancel, five bay north and south arcade.
St Hilary of Poitiers Parish Church,Wallasey
The current church on the site was built in 1859. The Old Tower in the grounds dates from 1537 and contains a Norman Font. The Church has a Willis organ and several stained glass windows, including a recently restored West Window.
