Tour led by Roger Jude of some courtyards and passages of Farnham.

A visit to some of the lesser known areas of central Farnham which provide an insight into the town’s agricultural/industrial past in the seventeenth, eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. The tour will point out some of Farnham’s finest historical buildings, many of which were built on the proceeds of the agricultural trade including hop growing and drying, brewing and later malting barley.
Locations and buildings of historic interest will also be included in the tour but it will not include the interiors of buildings, or Farnham Castle or St Andrew’s Church.
