Beverley’s allotments; a rare chance to see what your neighbours are growing within our historic town boundaries

As we all realise the potential impacts of climate change, being able to grow our own food becomes more and more important. Since the covid lockdown, people all over the country have spent more time gardening and growing their own food. Beverley allotments have been facing increasing demand for full or half allotments, and there is currently a waiting list. Why not put your name down now with the Town Council? There is a tenancy agreement and a small annual fee. Visit and talk to some of the allotment holders. Why not start digging?
