Accessibility details

The Mill is a 260 year old industrial environment and as such it has narrow, steep stairways and cramped floor areas. It is not suitable for children under six , backpacks or cradles and those under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. similarly, anyone who experiences restricted movement may find the climb a challenge. We do try our best to enable everyone who feels able, to reach the top. Ideally, we like to limit the number of people touring the inside of the Mill to six per floor to enable visitors to enjoy the experience safely and accept the guidance from stewards
