A quadrangular complex was founded in 1500 for 13 chantry priests attached to the Trinity Guildhall. It has a courtyard, Great Hall and residential flats. The Great Hall with Queen Post is available to view. The roof of the hall and perpendicular archway with a heavy linenfold door remain, but the rest of the building is mainly 17th century.
Note the line of the medieval quay is now very landlocked.
