Commemorating the Battle of Britain and coal mining during the Second World War, remembering the Bevin Boys who were drafted into the coal mines to help the war effort. The winding engine will be running, and the lamp room and cottage will be open.

St Peter's Church is situated in Leigh Greater Manchester and is a Grade II* listed building built in 1881. One of the most interesting features in our church is the pulpit, which came from Manchester Catherdal during the Second World War.
