Brixton Windmill
A wonderful reminder of Brixton's rural past and inner London's last windmill. Built in 1816 by the Ashby family who produced flour until 1934. Restored 2011. Still producing flour today using a historic modular mill, thanks to our volunteer millers.

Cleaves Almshouses
Grade II Listed Cleaves Almshouses is the oldest building on Old London Road, built in 17th Century. Back in 1665, William Cleave, in his legacy, created housing provision for older, poor people of Kingston. Today that legacy lives on.
