Free event – advance booking for Masterclass organists required. Cake, coffee and tea available. Donations to the Organ Maintenance Fund welcome.
Organists grade 5 and above of all ages – this is a Masterclass for up to 8 players who will each be invited to prepare a piece no longer than 5 minutes long beforehand to play during your time at the console when Jacob Collins will listen, guide and give you feedback in front of the other participants. Other musicians and the public are welcome to listen and watch. This will enable to you explore and create music on the Willis pipe organ. Further details and an advance booking form on the Music for All @ SMSG website. The organ console is in the gallery which is reached by stairs.
During the Masterclass, the church will remain open for the public to see the exhibition exploring the routes, connections and networks in this pipe organ.

Accessibility details
The organ console in the gallery which is accessed via stairs only, so it is not wheelchair accessible. The church is accessible by wheelchair via the Parish Hall. Refreshments will be served in the church.
