The Town Hall, Museum and Coroner's Court were built in memory of Brooke Robinson, a prominent local solicitor, borough coroner and MP, and his wife, Eugenia. The complex was designed by architects Harvey & Wicks and built from 1926 to 1928. The building is listed Grade II*, along with the other buildings within the Town Hall complex. The Town Hall has an impressive interior that retains its internal plan and much of its decoration. It also contains a mural depicting Sir Roger de Somery hunting in the Royal Forest at Kinver, painted by German exile Hans Feibusch in 1948.
