Sustainability is at the core of Unity Place. The building employs eco-friendly measures such as rainwater harvesting, solar panels, indoor plants, and energy-efficient lighting, making it a zero-carbon facility. Initiatives like repurposing surplus bread in our microbrewery, sourcing local ingredients, and using green energy demonstrate our commitment to reducing environmental impact and fostering a responsible community.

Our Urban Food Market features a wide variety of street food vendors. Additionally, Unity Place caters to professionals with flexible co-working spaces through our partnership with X+Why, and the Santander Work Café offers co-working desks and meeting rooms alongside banking services. Our Community Hall, opening in 2024, will provide a vibrant space for wellbeing, engagement, and sustainability initiatives, supporting local community projects.

Directions:

Please enter Unity Place through our station-side entrance. Upon arrival, you'll find our guest service team at the designated tour meeting point in the atrium, right as you enter. They will be ready to assist you. We have up to 23 free 2-hour stay parking bays located on the Grafton gate side of the venue. Other local paid parking structures are also located within a 2-minute vicinity of Unity Place.
