Whether you are a history enthusiast or simply curious about the building with the curved windows on Victoria Avenue, join us for a tour of one of Harrogate’s most cherished landmarks.
The Club was established in 1857 in a room at Gascoigne's Hotel, as a gathering place for the town's professional classes and moved to its current position, a purpose-built building, on Victoria Avenue in 1886. Though originally for gentlemen only, today Club membership is open to all.
In April 2024, The Club appointed their first female President and their first female Honorary Secretary.
