St Peter's Church is over 900 years old. It is a place of historical significance with links to the Bronte sisters and John Nelson. There is lots to discover both inside and outside the church for all ages.

For over 900 years there has been a worshipping community on the site of St Peter's Church, Birstall. Throughout the building and grounds there is evidence of the evolution of the church over the centuries.

Take a tour up the tower.
Go on a mouse hunt to find all the little mice left hidden by the Mouseman.
Discover the stories hidden in the stained glass windows and create your own.
