St Nicholas's Church

A beautiful, medieval church with many interesting features and sympathetic Victorian restoration - Walton tomb, leaning tower, sanctuary knocker, squints, coat of arms.
The art installation ‘We Are Gathered Here’, created by students at Gloucestershire College, will once again fill the church. Depicting a congregation in silhouette, it pays homage to the people who have contributed to Westgate Street and Gloucester’s fascinating heritage over time.
