Special exhibition for HOD ‘Our Time 2’ showcasing original artworks (available for sale) from women prisoners who have been encouraged to develop their artistic talents, thanks to a partnership between Watts Gallery Trust, the Michael Varah Memorial Fund and HMP Send. Not only do the prisoners create works of art in weekly tutored sessions; since 2017 they have also planned and curated an annual in-prison exhibition for invited guests, learning new transferable skills including design, marketing, budgeting, time management, patience and public speaking.
