A guided visit with a history of the building and an explanation of Freemasonry.

We are a charitable organisation that gives to charities nationally, internationally and locally. We endeavour to give aid when disasters occur by giving monies to organisations such as Red Cross. At the beginning of the war in Ukraine we donated over £1m and our support is ongoing.

Our building is not large and is over 300 years old. It is used by five Masonic Lodges, of which the main Lodges are St. Ivo founded in 1897 and Sothius founded in 1977. Its previous uses include a Primitive Methodist Chapel and warehouse. The main Meeting Room contains Lodge furniture, regalia, banners etc. The other main room is used for dining and has several boards showing the names of principal members over the years - many reflective of St Ives.
