West Street, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 2BR

  • 14 Sep 2024
  • In person

A celebration of the history of Sir William Borlase School in Marlow over the past 400 years since its foundation.

This year marks a major milestone in the school's long and rich history. The school is holding several events during the summer and we are pleased that the Marlow Society is able to contribute to the celebration. Our event will focus on key periods in the development of the school, from the initial vision of the founder in 1624 right up to the change to mixed schooling in the 1980s. Staff and students will be on hand to guide visitors at four key locations within the school, including the beautiful memorial chapel.
