A chance to see what remains of a WWII anti-aircraft and rocket site. Unfortunately, very little can now be seen. A barrage balloon anchor and cable can be seen nearby

One of a number placed to defend the city against the German Luftwaffe bombing raid. Consisted of 3.7 inch heavy guns. Only one concrete platform remains but shows the anchor point and remains of box structures around the inside. Alongside were various personnel buildings. Nationally these sites are rare.
