Rugby Theatre

Following the success of last year’s Open Days, this year's will be even better, with more to see and do.
Get the chance to plot lighting and sound effects, and see all our backstage areas in action, as we gear up for our Autumn production of Thomas Hardy’s classic - ‘Far From the Madding Crowd’.

Full hourly tours are available, bookable in advance, where you will get to see many backstage areas. And if you really enjoy your time with us, why not join us as a member and help us keep live amateur theatre in Rugby thriving!

Accessibility details

Many parts of Rugby Theatre are only accessible via stairs and due to the age of the property we do not have any lifts or stair lifts; therefore only limited areas are wheelchair accessible.

We are an amateur theatre run solely by volunteers, we love what we do, so come and share our passion and go behind the scenes to see how we put together our shows.
