Leamington Spa’s first Town Hall and Police Station, designed by Russell and opened in 1830, has been the Polish Centre since 1968. Visitors will be able to see the original Council Chamber, Queen Victoria’s balcony and the upper part of the ballroom, now used as a Roman Catholic Chapel.
