A walk exploring the history of Oxton village, its development from agricultural beginnings to the community it is today with stories of the people and events that helped shape it. The route includes Duck Pond Lane, Ingestre Road, the Arno rose garden, Birch Road and Woodchurch Road.
The walk starts at the play area next to Sainsbury's petrol station, Woodchurch Road, Prenton, CH42 8PQ

Disabled access but there are some narrow and uneven pavements with roads and kerbs to negotiate and a steep hill (but with an alternative route which is less steep)
