Walton Street, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX2 6DP
OUP’s museum traces the history of the University’s printing and publishing work from the 15th century to the present day, and its exhibits include the story of the Oxford English Dictionary, the first printing of Alice in Wonderland, and the bible prepared for the coronation of King Charles III.
Please note that book printing ceased at OUP in 1989. Film of printing and a static press are on display, but this event does not include a visit to a working print shop.
