Oxburgh Estate
Oxburgh Hall, Oxborough, King's Lynn, Norfolk, PE33 9PS
Home to the Bedingfeld family for 500 years, Oxburgh Estate reveals one family's unshakable Catholic faith and story of endurance. Explore Victorian Gothic interiors, curious collections, peaceful woodland walks and colourful gardens. Inside, peel back the layers of history as you wander through a house filled with portraits and treasured objects. Visitors can enjoy free entry all weekend (Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 September) to this very special place.
Plus, especially for Heritage Open Days, discover some of Oxburgh’s curious collections not usually on display as you get up close to some intriguing objects, and see inside cabinets normally closed shut. We’ll also be opening up the gatehouse roof for visitors to enjoy the wonderful views (bookable on the day at the ticket office, limited spaces available).
