The birthplace of Sir Edward Elgar is most definitely home to ‘Land of Hope and Glory’. Set in sight of his beloved Malvern Hills, this small family home in the village of Lower Broadheath is the perfect environment for nurturing a creative genius.
Our idyllic cottage garden has been planted in the classic cottage garden style, the garden offers a place to sit, reflect, and admire a vast array of seasonal flowers and plants, throughout the year. There is also an orchard and woodland to explore.
Pop into the award winning café run by Little Al's Kitchen who pride themselves on serving consistently great and fair-trade coffee, refreshing teas, and a selection of brunch favourites. Tuck into a wide selection, including hearty soups, slow-cooked ham sandwiches, and not to forget cracking sponge cakes.
The Firs is open to the public on Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10am-5pm (Last entry 4.30pm). Little Al's Kitchen is open on those days from 10am-4.30pm.
