Liskeard Unlocked - Liskeard Routeways - What Do You Recognise?

Stuart House Arts & Heritage Centre, Barras Street, Liskeard, Cornwall, PL14 6AB

  • Multiple dates available
  • In person
  • Pre-booking not required

Exhibition of photographs of routeways and communications in Liskeard with clues to help identify them. Trail map. Also Kingwell Family Art and Craft sale in the Gallery.

Stuart House is free entry anyway, with permanent exhibitions, but this interactive exhibition is specially for 2024 Heritage Open Days (Liskeard Unlocked). Visitors uncover clues about some of Liskeard’s features to help identify them – this year the photographs will be linked to communications and routeways.

The Kingwell Art exhibition and sale includes professional oil paintings, evocative of the local land and seascape, and high-quality craft items.

The House is a c.1500, with an interesting history, including during the English Civil War when Charles I stayed there.
