Kegworth Heritage Centre
Kegworth Heritage Centre, 52 High Street, Kegworth, Derbyshire, DE74 2DA
We are delighted to welcome visitors back to Kegworth Heritage Centre after a few years of closure. Anyone wanting to find out about how Kegworth was founded, the importance of the knitting industry and how the village has developed over the years should pop by and see us. On 15th September there will be a demonstration on how the Griswold knitting machine works. We also have a couple of fun activities for both children and adults to enjoy.
We are usually open every other Sunday from the beginning of Spring until the end of Autumn. We are opening up on extra days to celebrate Heritage Open Days.

We do not have a car park, but there is plenty of parking available on the High Street where we are situated. Unfortunately our displays are not suitable for individuals who are visually impaired.
