IOU Hebden Bridge Hostel
The Birchcliffe Centre, Highfield, Birchcliffe Road, Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, HX7 8DG
This September, as part of the national Heritage Open Days, in conjunction with our neighbours Pennine Heritage and the Birchcliffe Centre the IOU Creation Centre Hostel in Hebden Bridge launches a captivating exhibition by our Hostel Artist in Residence Georgia, D’Silva
Titled No182, reflects the number of days Georgia has spent in the Calder Valley. It features a collection of miniature dioramas of houses and homes in Hebden Bridge. This interdisciplinary installation combines sculpture from reclaimed materials with audiovisual elements, offering audiences a miniature immersive journey into the heart of a community.
We will also unveil our new outdoor wildflower terrace and meadow, featuring bespoke garden furniture and custom bike sheds created in collaboration with acclaimed landscape designer and wildflower expert Jack Wallington.
Our friendly team will be on hand to give tours, showcase our unique spaces and facilities and answer any questions
