Directions:
Parking is included in admission charge. Follow signs to main car park which will open at 10.00am. Entrance to car park locked at 4.30pm. Disabled spaces available. High Wycombe train station is just under 2 miles from Hughenden, or alternatively the Arriva Service X9 bus can be taken from the bus station on Bridge Street, which is about a half-mile walk from the train station. A short taxi ride from the station (about 12 mins) saves a steep walk up the hill from the bus stop if you arrive by bus.

Blue Badge parking. Accessible toilets. Wheelchairs available. House ground floor accessible. Grounds partly accessible: step-free route, some uneven paths. Level access to shop. Braille guide or photograph album available in the manor. Accessible parking available, please ask a member of the welcome team upon arrival. In the house access is via a ramp.

Additional information

We recommend for the guided walks wearing sturdy footwear, such as walking boots or comfortable wellies, and suitable clothing for the weather. There may be steps, uneven ground and hills, so the guided walks aren’t suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs – but we can be flexible and tailor walks to suit your ability.
