This building is the third on the site and elements from the 16th century church were incorporated into this building, including wood panelling and an Elizabethan font. There is a fine Conacher organ with connections to the Parratt family, one who became Master of the King's Music. The gilded Baldachino, recently cleaned restored, designed along with the East window is a memorial to the WW1 fallen from the parish. It was designed by the famous church architect Sir Ninian Comper. There is a balcony running round the north, south and west sides of the building with wood panelling reused from the second church which was consecrated in 1506. The ceiling has been restored in the last ten years and the roof bosses are interesting, with "green men" being prominent. Guided tours of the building can be arranged which will detail the history of the site and the present building. These tours will need to be prebooked and are not fully accessible. Currently the old graveyard to the north side of the church is undergoing some remodelling and there is planned to be a display of artefacts found during this work in the church for open days.
