Come to the launch of the definitive book about the city’s celebrated housing exhibition – hear about the exhibition, have a guided tour of the site and meet the authors. There will also be an opportunity to buy the book at a discounted price.

HomeWorld 81 was the first purpose-built housing exhibition in Britain for many years. It was hugely popular and attracted 150,000 visitors. Dianne and Tim’s book is the definitive story of the exhibition and combines personal memories with material from archives at the City Discovery Centre and the Buckinghamshire County Archives in Aylesbury.
