Historic Graffiti Tour of Worcester Cathedral
Worcester Cathedral, College Yard, Worcester, Worcestershire, WR1 2LA
The Cathedral’s Historic Graffiti holds witness to the changing nature of belief, practice, and worship over the past centuries and reveals the personalities, thoughts, and fears of those who visited before you. A guided tour of the graffiti both inside and outside the Cathedral building that lasts approximately one hour and 15 minutes is given by one of our Cathedral tour guides.
The tour is being run twice on the day at 12pm and 3pm.
Worcester Cathedral is one of England's loveliest cathedrals. It stands majestically overlooking the River Severn, close to the city centre. It has been a place of prayer and worship for fourteen centuries. The Cathedral's attractions include royal tombs, Norman Crypt, medieval cloisters, magnificent Victorian stained glass and examples of every period of early English architecture from 11th to late 14th Century.

While it is possible to access almost all of the locations on the route with a wheelchair, the nature of the building and its surrounds means that wheelchair users will need to take longer routes around the building to access all parts of the tour. Please contact [email protected] if you have questions about accessibility.
While dog's are welcome on the Cathedral site, only assistance dogs are allowed on tours.
