The Reader
The Mansion House, Calderstones Park, Liverpool, Merseyside, L18 3JB
Pull up a chair or lay out your picnic blanket as we share poetry and stories at our Library on the Lawn. Pick up a copy of our recently launched park map that tells the fascinating stories of the trees from around the world that you can find in Calderstones Park and our new Garden Theatre exhibition which explores its heritage and the memories of residents dating back to 1947.
The beautiful Mansion Garden will be open from 11am-5pm, and we'll have the BBQ fired up, the bar fully stocked and delicious Cheshire Farm ice cream.
Many activities will take place outdoors, so we recommend bringing waterproofs and / or sun cream depending on the weather.
