There are steps to the indoor refreshments, care should be taken as the road passes through the village. There are uneven surfaces slopes and steps through the village and during the tour .Appropriate footwear is necessary. There is a one way system through the village from Roker lane.

There is a car park at the far end of the village but only 1 disabled space is available in the settlement.
