Hebden Bridge Picture House

Lights! camera! action! Take a look behind the scenes at Hebden Bridge Picture House, one of the few independent, local authority-owned cinemas in the country. The 103-year-old Picture House will open its doors to visitors on Saturday, September 7th from 10am to noon. There will be the chance to find out about the history of the cinema, learn about the BTH projector (now on permanent display), watch vintage gala films, buy film posters and meet members of the Friends of the Picture House. Refreshments will be available, all welcome.

Directions:

There is no parking at Hebden Bridge Picture House itself but plenty of public car parks in the town. The venue is a 5-10 minute walk from Hebden Bridge railway station.
