Guided walking tours of Rugby town's Public Art Trail

Join our volunteer Town Guides on a special Heritage Open Days Public Art Trail Tour.
Find out about the history of public artwork in Rugby town centre, the artists involved and the idea behind each piece, including those new those newly created in 2023 to mark the bicentenary of the game of rugby: the giant rugby ball outside Rugby Art Gallery and The Try.
Meet at Caldecott Park. The walking tour is fully accessible.

There will be one tour at 11 am and one at 2 pm.

The tour takes place around the town. No steps are involved and the route can be adapted by the guide if necessary. There are RADAR accessible toilets at the Rugby Visitor Centre.
Max 10 people per tour/session. The tour takes around an hour and a half. Rugby Visitor Centre has no dedicated car park, however ASDA car park, including disabled spaces, is next door: 2 hours free, a 3rd hour (max) for a fee.
