This is an art gallery for art and the environment. GroundWork shows the work of contemporary artists who care about how we all experience the environment. Exhibitions and creative programmes explore how art can enable us to respond to a changing world and imagine how we can shape its future. A very plain and unattractive 1930s building has been given a proper roof and a new lease of life. An example of imaginative regeneration.
A drop-in workshop for families & general visitors, offered by Heavy Water Collective, the exhibiting artists.
