Former Atomic Weapons Bunker Tours

Richard Eldred will be giving tours of this Scheduled Monument to the Cold War, where the Atom bombs Blue Danube and Red Beard were maintained in the late 50s and early 60s. The tours can take up to 15 people and can last up to 2 hours. The tour ends with a voluntary climb up a 25-foot watchtower!

Accessibility details
Wheelchair access limited as most of tour is over level grassland but is possible with determined helpers. Sturdy shoes are a good idea particularly if weather is wet.
