Join us at Florence Park Community Centre to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Florence Park estate and it's lovely park. Founded in 1934, the estate was home to many of the Welsh families who migrated to find work in Cowley's car industry and the scene of 1934's successful rent strike against shocking conditions in some of the houses. Meet residents with memories, see their photos and take a self-guided walk around the park and estate. Opportunities to see locally produced films.
