Using the images of these amazing and magical beasts, mythical monsters and people with super-human powers, the Ure Museum will be open for everyone to learn about the stories behind the objects on display.
There will be trails for both children and adults, including the new sensory trail based on the animals of the Ure, as well as craft activities and storytelling for the youngest visitors. There will be opportunities for everyone to handle some of the pots in our collection, learning about how they were made, what they were used for and what the images on them may mean.
