Join us for a specially designed guided tour of Nantwich: What is Geology? It's all around us, millions of years in the making and we walk past it and use it every day. Just how special is it and where does it come from?

Saturday 14th September, starting at Nantwich Museum 11am.
We are running a new tour, discovering a world of geology or Earth Science. Our starting point is an introductory activity at the museum, then we will take to the streets of Nantwich Town Centre exploring our unique geology, it's use within the town and it's place in our history. Journey through time in the colourful and creative world of Earth Science.

This tour is free for Heritage Open Days, but places will be limited.

The museum is fully accessible. The walk will take us around the town centre, while it is a flat walk, there are sets and cobbles along the route.
