Essex County Council: Tour of the Council Chamber Foyer and Council Chamber at County Hall, Chelmsford

Tours are at 10am and 2pm on Thursday 12th and Friday 13th September, each tour is limited to fifteen persons over the age of 16 years.

Regrettably no persons under the age of 16 years will be admitted.

There is no parking on site but there are excellent public transport links to the City centre and High Chelmer Multi Storey is a short walk away.

Please use the Duke Street entrance and register your arrival at the Reception desk.

Essex County Council reserves the right to cancel tours should the Council Chamber be required at short notice.

Directions:

Please use the Duke Street entrance to County Hall. Regrettably there is no parking on site; however County Hall is situated a short walk from the heart of Chelmsford city centre, with the High Chelmer multi-storey car park nearby together with the bus and train stations.

Tickets are exclusively bookable via Eventbrite. Essex County Council reserves the right to cancel any tours should the Council Chamber be required at short notice. This event is for persons over the age of 16 years and is limited to a maximum of 15 people per tour. No photography is permitted inside the County Hall complex.
