Access to the library is on the ground floor with material spread over 2 floors accessible via a lift or stairs. Accessible toilets are available in the foyer. Baby changing facilities are also located in the foyer. There is limited disabled parking outside the Pump rooms. There is also pay and display parking for the public along Newbold Terrace. The nearest car park is St Peters multi-storey car park on Augusta Place.
