Join the team at Earls Colne Heritage Museum for a Pop-up display and Free Walking Tour - History of Burrows Road and Houses - from the Quaker Meeting House, 8 Burrows Rd, CO6 2RZ

For the Heritage Open Days festival, Earls Colne Heritage Museum has teamed up with the historic Quaker Meeting House in Burrows Road, Earls Colne. Come and find us in the grounds, and discover more about the Museum.

In addition, join our village historian, John Stedman, who will conduct a walking tour of Burrows Road Through Time. This walk will start and finish at the Meeting House. Burrows Road is a residential road just off the High Street and this tour will probably take 45-60 minutes. A further tour may also be available subject to demand.

Refreshments will be available at the Quaker Meeting House.

For those wishing to visit Earls Colne Heritage Museum, it will be open as usual on Saturday 7th September 1400-1600, with entrance is free as normal. (The museum is open Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, April to October)
