Dudley Zoo & Castle

Access to the 11th Century Castle in the heart of Dudley Zoo. This venue will open it's doors for free from 1700-1930 (last admission is 1800) for those interested in the history of the Castle.
Access will include the Castle Courtyard, Castle Keep, Undercroft and Castle Visitor Centre (Castle Creatures).
No Guided Tours will be included, however our Castle Historian will be happy to answer any questions you have on the history of the Castle.
The Zoo will be closed and no access to the Zoo will be permitted.

Due to the hilly nature of the site, the Castle tower/keep is not accessible for those with mobility difficulties. Car parking is situated at the main zoo car park which is an approximate 30 minute walk to the entrance point. There are other car parks available to this entrance, however these are NOT operated by DZC and we cannot be held responsible for availability or charges. Tickets are non-exchangeable and have no cash value. THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE ZOO, THE ZOO WILL BE CLOSED.
The Courtyard is free to visit on these dates, however you DO need to pre-register! The event does not include Zoo admission and no access to any parts of the Zoo site will be permitted. There will be NO tours being held on the evenings. All visitors will be asked to arrive by foot at the the Fellows Pub car park at the top of the Broadway. Please do not park on The Fellows Pub as you will get fined, please park on the Zoo car park (DY1 4AL).
