Dorich House Museum is the 1930s former studio home of the sculptor Dora Gordine and her husband the Hon. Richard Hare. Visitors can enjoy the house and its collections, which include many of Gordine's works, our garden and studio café.

Dorich House Museum will be open for free drop-in visits during Heritage Open Days, including an additional open day - Sunday 15th September - to give more visitors a chance to see the house.

There will also be an opportunity to join one of our free curator led tours which we will be running on - Friday 6 September at 2pm and Thursday 12 September at 2pm.
These tours have a maximum capacity of 12 and can be booked via our Eventbrite page.

Accessibility details

The museum is located over four floors. There are 78 steps to the top floor, which is accessed via a narrow staircase. The museum currently has no wheelchair accessible toilets, baby change facilities, or step-free access. We have a wheelchair accessible entrance in to our cafe.
