The Parish Church of St James, St James Road, Northampton Saints Foundation, Northampton, Northamptonshire, NN55LE
Discover stories of the founding members of the Northampton Saints Rugby Football Club and its history by joining us for a walking tour around the parish of St James, led by Club Historian, Graham McKechnie. We will start at the current day ground, Franklins Gardens, and take a short walk to St James church where the origins of the club can be traced. We will then wander the terraced streets within the area , discovering the stories of the young men that first joined the Saints, now a leading club within Premiership Rugby, England's top division of rugby.
