Meet at Car Park, Gosport Submarine Museum, Haslar Road, Gosport, Hampshire, PO12 2AS

  • Multiple dates available
  • In person
  • Pre-booking required

Be guided through the fascinating world of the Royal Navy from below the sea and on land, during this exploration of Submarine Museum's OPEN spaces, and hear the stories of the many pieces of maritime history you'll see along the way...

Your Guide, Charlie, will lead you through the Submarine Museum site, to view the outdoor exhibits including HM Submarines Holland 1, Alliance, and Midget Submarine 24.

Charlie's submariner roots allow him to knowledgeably explain what you are viewing and answer your questions. Whilst you soak in views of Haslar Hospital, Fort Blockhouse, and Haslar Services Sailing Club Marina he will explain the significance of what you are seeing. Charlie hopes to encourage your interest in Gosport's amazing maritime history.

Whilst this tour does NOT have access on board HMS Alliance or into the Museum, visitors will have free access to the reception area and shop, refreshments, and toilets.
