Take a behind-the-scenes guided tour of Dean Forest Railway at Norchard Railway Station in Lydney.

Dean Forest Railway in Norchard have been preserving the heritage of the local railways of the Forest of Dean. This very active charity organisation offers good opportunities for people to relive the Forest's railway past as volunteers or just as visitors throughout the year, and for Heritage Open Days Denis Martin will be giving a behind-the-scenes guided tour.

The tour is of the site and surrounding area. Please wear stout footwear. Rough walking about 1/2mile (1 kilometre) Some delays could be caused if there are changes to train movements.
