Terrain: Mostly on good tracks and grassy paths,
Grade: Leisurely
Bring food and drink
We will walk alongside the reservoir, through woodland, along bridleways and tracks, via moorland to the Whitwell ridge and on to near the trig point where we will have stunning views of the Ewden Valley and beyond. We will return to the start via a short moorland section and then onto an ancient packhorse route that will lead us to Cross Lane, close to the start.
