Climb the spiral staircase up the church tower to see where ringing takes place, the bells and the extensive views from the top.

The church tower will be open to visitors who can see the ringing room, belfry and views from the tower's roof. In the ringing room, visitors will be able to see where the ringing takes place, the historic peal boards on the walls and records of ringing events. They can also get a partial view of the turret clock workings, which are located above the ringing room. In the belfry, visitors can see the six bells, which were re-cast in 1928 by Gillett & Johnston of Croydon. From the roof, visitors should get a good view across the Bristol Channel to the north and across Exmoor and the Brendon Hills to the south.

Ringers will be available to explain the art of bell ringing and what visitors can see in the different parts of the tower. Access is via a narrow, stone spiral staircase. There are 80 steps up to the roof. Children must be accompanied by an adult. It is not suitable for babes in arms or toddlers. Backpacks or large handbags should be left at the bottom of the tower.
