Bristol Beacon venue tour

Bristol Beacon first opened its doors on 20 September 1867. For over 150 years our walls have reverberated with the magical sights and sounds of orchestras, activists, acrobats, wrestlers, filmmakers and entertainers of every description. Following a once-in-a-generation transformation, the venue reopened in 2023 to huge acclaim for the acoustic and architectural renovations. The project revealed all sorts of fascinating stories and artefacts that enrich our understanding of this much loved cultural space. Join us for our first set of guided tours as we reveal the social and architectural heritage of the venue, and give you a sneak peek at life behind the scenes.
